Tabor
Says He Is A Youthful Alternative to the Old Ways of Politics
Tabor, who is a 30 year-old small businessman from Kernersville, has been campaigning for over 15 months for the position. Tabor admitted, ìThis has been a long process and we have had a lot to overcome. When we started, we had no name recognition, no political experience, and no ready-made organization. Our opponents were at a decided advantage. Since that time, we have built one of the largest grassroots organizations in the state and knocked on doors throughout the 5th District. We knew we had arrived once our opponents began attacking us.î Tabor considers himself one of the most conservative candidates in the race. ìWe have endorsements from some of the most conservative people in politics, but more importantly we are right on the issues that matter most to voters. Voters will never have to guess where I stand on the issues. I am pro-life, pro-second amendment and opposed to high taxes. I believe that marriage is between one man and one woman, and we cannot run away from the biblical principles that helped found this great country. Conservatives have a candidate and I am proud to carry the mantel for our voters,î proclaimed Tabor. ìWe need youthful energy in Washington and someone who will work hard to get the job done. I will be that kind of Congressman.î The 5th District is comprised of 12 counties in northwestern North Carolina and is currently represented by Congressman Richard Burr, who is seeking the open U.S. Senate seat. With a crowd of supporters surrounding him when certifying his registration status at the Forsyth Board of Elections, Tabor announced, ìThis campaign is crucial to conservatives across the nation. I have a Jobs plan, a Tax plan (the Tabor Plan), and a Family plan. I intend to help our area be a prosperous area for years to come. Thank you for your help in making this quest a reality. We have a lot of work yet to do, but with your prayers and support, we will do it.î For more information about Nathan Tabor and his campaign, those interested are encouraged to call (336) 993-0929 or visit www.taborforcongress.com. ###
