Nathan Tabor Calls for Adoption of Human Life Amendment
To Constitution

“31 Years Ago This Week the Supreme Court Turned It’s Back
on America’s Unborn”

Kernersville, NC – On the solemn 31st Anniversary of the tragic Roe v. Wade decision by the Supreme Court, conservative Nathan Tabor called for Congress to adopt the Human Life Amendment to the Constitution. This amendment would require that government at all levels would protect the right to life for humans in existence at fertilization.

“I cannot think of a more needed, more important change to the constitution than the Human Life Amendment,” said Tabor. “31 Years ago this week, the Supreme Court turned it’s back on America’s unborn, with their terrible decision in Roe v. Wade to legalize abortion across America. Our Constitution exists to protect the fundamental rights of Americans, not take them away. The Supreme Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade stripped away the fundamental right to life from America’s unborn. A Human Life Amendment to the Constitution would at long last restore those rights and give the unborn the protection that our Founding Fathers intended all Americans to have.”

In Congress, Tabor pledged to join other pro-life members of Congress to sponsor and work for the passage of a Human Life Amendment. “If the Supreme Court is unwilling to rectify one of the great judicial failures of our time by overturning Roe v. Wade, then I believe it is up to Congress to start the process of amending the Constitution to restore these vitally important protections to the unborn.”

Pro-Life Congressmen Robert Aderholt (AL), Congressman Jim Ryun (KA) and Congressman Trent Franks (AZ) have endorsed Nathan.
